SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to the United States and Canada at your own risk. Shipping is via USPS and depending on order size, may be from a bubble envelope to a box. Delivery is usually within 3-5 business days and even sooner at times. We ship out as soon as the order is filled and your payment has been processed. During busy times of the year, from harvesting, college/school, etc., orders may be slightly delayed in processing. We apologize for this inconvenience and if you need your order faster, please contact us for expedited shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Some countries allow seed entry and others prohibit entry. Please check with your local services and let us know if it is possible and we will work with you. We are NOT responsible for seeds being held in customs or denied entry/delivery. Once the seeds leave our hands and are with the Postal Service, we are not responsible for what happens, as at that point it is out of our hands and ability.
REFUND POLICY
Typically, we do not do refunds. All purchases are final unless damage, loss, or another issue arises and we feel that a refund is necessary or the problem cannot be resolved in any other method. If any item is damaged or lost, we require photographic proof and please contact us with this information.
